APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE :
Herewith are the general terns and conditions of sale that govern the business partnership between the vendor: ToConnectPeople, Inc. (site: www.stick-me.com), 2/7 rue de l’europe, 59000 Lille France, RCS LILLE 493 274 609, and the Buyer: the client who makes a purchase via the internet site www.Stick-Me.com. The act of placing an order implies the acceptance of all terms and conditions of sale as stated.
PRODUCT'S FUNCTION AND USE : Stick-Me is an adhesive sticker that allows the personalization of laptop computers, iPods, DSlite, and computer mice. More support products are in development. The non-permanent adhesive has been thoroughly researched and is proven to be easily removable, when desired, without leaving any residue on the support. Stick-Me also functions as a protective support from minor, day-to-day scratches and dents to the surface of selected product however it should be noted that some laptop computer companies have indicated that the use of adhesives like Stick-Me, could lead to the termination of the contract of guarantee if the support is brought in for maintenance with adhesives. Therefore we advise you that in order to avoid any conflicts, to remove the Stick-Me from your computer or whatever support, before sending or bringing it in for maintenance. To reiterate, there will be no residue of adhesive remaining. Stick-Me is also a brand of laptop bags that comes in ten different prints, as well as of black, USB supported mini-mouse which can be personalized with specifically designed to Stick-Me labels.
THE OFFER : The majority of products presented on the website are available and in stock. The business, ToConnectPeople is involved with each order received from the website, www.Stick-Me.com, so that there is a sufficient stock available to fill the order. In the case of unavailability, ToConnectPeople will immediately contact the client. In such a case, ToConnectPeople reserves the right to suggest to the client other items that are equal to or better then the item ordered as an alternative.
THE PRICES : Items are invoiced on the current price stated at the moment of placing an order. Prices are indicated in Euros, all tax included. Prices account for the current rate of TVA at the time of the order. ToConnectPeople reserves the right to modify the price in case of a typographic error.
TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY : Delivery is carried out following the date of reception and processing of the order. Normally processing takes up to 48 hours, assuming the availability of items in stock. Transport is included in the price of items sent within Metropolitan France, including adhesives for laptops, iPod and DSlite. For items shipped within Europe and Switzerland, the price of delivery is four (4) Euros. Delivery is insured by the Postal Service. The recipients are responsible for checking that the items are in good condition and not destroyed. If the packages appears to be in bad condition or have been impacted in any way the client should refuse the package (this would be returned to us and we would immediately resend another package). The laptop bags are sent by Colissimo with a tracking number so that you can follow the delivery on www.laposte.fr/colissimo, using the tracking number you receive at the time of order. The delivery charge for the laptop bags is 9.90 Euros TTC for Metropolitan France, 15 Euros for the European Union and Switzerland and 25 euros to the USA.
SATISFIED CUSTUMERS OR REIMBURSEMENT : With www.Stick-Me.com, clients are satisfied or else can be reimbursed. The client is given seven days from date of receipt to return the unwanted items. Stick-me will provide either an exchange of merchandise or reimbursement for the exact price of the item purchased. If an item is returned, it must be in new condition, without any signs of use, accompanied by the invoice in order to facilitate the processing. Clients are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Returned items should be sent to: ToConnectPeople - Customer Service - 2/7 rue de l’europe - 59000 Lille, France.
GUARANTEE : The terms of the guarantee are listed in the invoice, an obligatory measure in case of an eventual return of merchandise. Flaws or defects will either be repaired or replaced by a new product of the same level. The guarantee will be applied in the case where the flaws and defects have been indicated in writing within a maximum time period of 20 days following the receipt of the product. This is a valid step only if the consultations of use have been perfectly respected. The guarantee does not cover defaults resulting in incorrect usage, negligence or accidents. In no case do these provisions reduce or supplant the legal guarantee of any hidden flaws.
REGULATIONS : Regulations take effect at the moment of sale. The payment is made online by bank card, Visa, MC or Eurocard, or by check made out to ToConnectPeople and sent to ToConnectPeople - 2/7 rue de l’europe - 59000 Lille, France or by Paypal or by telephone with a service representative who will contact the buyer for taking payment by telephone. You can always pay your order by wire transfer and contact us by mail at contact@stick-me.com.
THE SECURITY OF YOUR PAYMENTS :For online security of payment transactions, we use WEBAFFAIRES PAYMENTS, the choice of secure payments selected by our Bank, “Credit du Nord,” With this system your payment by credit card will be processed directly by the secure server of Credit du Nord, from your account. At no point will your credit card number be communicated to us. The exchanges are encoded and secured with the protocol of SSL (Secure Socket Layer), on the internet, protocol which has become a world-wide standard.
THE VALIDATION AND YOUR SIGNATURE : The final validation of the order and the online credit card payment will act as proof of purchase and conform to the rules of the law #2000-230 from March 13, 2000. Upon clearance the sale is considered valid and will be completed upon the exchange of merchandise specified on the order. This validation stands in for signatures for online sales and assumes acceptance of general conditions of sale.
